We understand that not all of you provide mammography services, however in an effort to ensure that no mammography provider is missed, they have asked us to send this to all diagnostic imaging IHF facilities. The attached information is being sent via Canada Post as well. Please feel free to forward this information to any other IHF provider. For those of you who have already received this information in earlier communications, we apologize for the duplication of information however we hope that you will appreciate the importance of ensuring that everyone has access.

To All IHF Owners, please see attached email that was sent to all mammography sites in Ontario today. This was a follow-up to a teleconference that occurred last Friday, May 10, 2013.
Cancer Care Ontario is requesting our assistance in making sure this information reaches all IHF’s that perform mammography. I am therefore forwarding this to you and asking that you share it with the IHF owner and/or lead administrator. In addition, if you are a site that is currently doing mammography using CR technology and have not yet received an email from CCO, it is critical that your IHF owner or lead administrator get in touch with them at screening@cancercare.on.ca with correct contact information.
